Martin Alvarez is from Córdoba, Argentine, born in 1995. He graduated from the Faculty of Information Sciences of the National University of Córdoba in Social Communication oriented to Audiovisual Languages. His work with the feature film “Córdoba Sinfonía Urbana” (2018) was selected at the Mar del Plata International Festival within the Argentine Panorama in the 33rd edition. He co-directed his final degree work “Carnaval is guilty” (2022), premiered at the “La Bicicleta Social Cinema” in Colonia Caroya, Córdoba. He participated in various audiovisual projects playing different roles as scriptwriter, camera operator, and editor, among others. He is part of the Civil Association “El Espejo, spaces of identity” where he develops the management and coordination of cultural projects involving work around human rights. He is currently studying Documentary Direction at the International School of Film and Television of San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba.
