Krohn is a multifaceted Belizean artist whose persona changes as radically as a chameleon changes color scampering through the jungle. Her paintings are small, gem-like things that exude elegance and depict an up-beat, positive view of life; a life without any dirt under the fingernails.

Lita's paintings are populated by bourgeois women, nude, leisurely lounging around in their tastefully decorated houses and by brightly clad Creole women gathered at picturesque places like the market, the seaside or surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Her masterfully constructed paintings are the work of a skilled draughtswoman with a steady hand and an eye for exotic, joyful color combinations.
